Truth with Grounding
Censorship + Ignorance
Every time I open social media, I see the same pattern: censorship on one side, ignorance on the other. Content covering current protests, ICE raids, and the Epstein files has seemingly disappeared. Then scroll further and find a guru selling “purpose” to people who just received layoff emails with no severance. A spiritual influencer calling real terror “low vibration drama” you should “rise above.”
I stopped creating content for the last two weeks for a reason. Not because I couldn’t handle the truth, but because I refused to add to the noise that leaves people more dysregulated than before they scrolled.
Grounding Is Not Escape
So I grounded. Not to pretend collapse isn’t happening, but to find my center within it, so I could witness truth without losing my capacity to respond.
This is the practice I return to each morning, before I start my day:
“Give me the eyes to see, ears to hear, heart to understand all YOU wish me to know. Help me cocreate with you a life of love, joy, and compassion for myself and others.”
Then I choose one intention for how I will show up today. Not as a victim of the news. Not as a bypasser pretending it isn’t real. As a human who sees truth and chooses her response.
When fear hits and my chest tightens, my throat closes, I do this:
Breathe in. Release with the sound “Ah” until the tightness softens.
This isn’t “manifesting threat away.” It’s physiology first. You cannot speak truth to power from a hijacked nervous system. Grounding calms the physiology so clarity can return.
Holding What’s Yours to Hold
From that grounded place, you respond with what’s yours to hold. Not with heroic spectacle. Not with bypassing “love and light.”
With steadiness when others panic.
With discernment when illusion floods the zone.
With protection of the vulnerable without grandstanding.
By creating containers that outlast collapsing systems:
A home where truth can be spoken without collapse
A conversation where fear is honored, not shamed
A boundary that says “this far, no further”
This isn’t about changing the whole world at once. It’s about holding what’s yours to hold with clarity, not panic:
The mother who answers her child’s fear with steadiness, not false promises.
The witness who documents what they see quietly and accurately without needing viral validation.
The neighbor who shares a meal when the grid flickers.
The elder who holds space for grief without rushing to “fix” it.
The Deconstruction Isn’t Destruction
The old systems are breaking down not to destroy you, but to clear space for what was always true:
You were never meant to grind yourself to death for a dying machine.
Patriarchal capitalism required endless grind, work from high school to past retirement, to keep you too exhausted to notice the collapse. “Purpose” became synonymous with achievement. Rest became laziness. Compassion became “drama.”
But the Divine Feminine returning isn’t passive receptivity. It isn’t “love and light” that bypasses reality.
In the spiritual traditions I teach, Sophia is wisdom that sees through illusion to truth, not floating above suffering, but penetrating the matrix so you can navigate it without losing your soul.
This is sovereign responsibility: seeing what’s yours to hold and holding it without collapse or bypassing.
Your Turn
If this resonated, COMMENT to this post with one word that describes how it landed for you.
You were never meant to white-knuckle through collapse alone.
You were meant to ground and hold what matters from there.
